In turn, we guarantee a fixed monthly rent for the duration of the contract, while assuming responsibility for the property's upkeep, tenant management, and operational costs, thereby providing a hassle-free and consistent income stream. Unlike traditional estate agents, we do not charge landlords commission fees or impose any additional costs.
